Khan Gee in Berlin: Where Food Becomes Magic
Location: Wollankstraße 118, 13187 Berlin, Germany
Berlin is a city full of flavours, but every once in a while, you stumble across a place that feels truly special.
Khan Gee is exactly that — a hidden gem where Pakistani and Indian traditions come together to create a feast that touches not only your tastebuds but also your heart.
From the very first step inside, the welcoming atmosphere, cozy interiors, and the aroma of spices transport you to another world. Let me take you on a journey through one of the most beautiful dining experiences I’ve had.
Starters: A Dream Come True

We started the evening with something I had been longing to try for a long time — Golgappa (Pakistani Pani Puri).
Tiny crispy shells filled with tangy water — each bite was a literal explosion of flavours. They were refreshing, playful, and absolutely delicious — the kind of starter that makes you instantly excited for what’s next.
Then came the Paneer Pakora, and let me tell you, it was beyond perfection.
Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and creamy inside, and served with three incredible sauces — each offering a different twist to every bite. It’s the kind of starter that feels like a warm welcome hug, full of spice, warmth, and care.
Mains: A Love Letter to Flavour

For our mains, we decided to dive into true comfort dishes — and they did not disappoint.
First up, Chicken Karahi.
This traditional Pakistani dish was a symphony of spices, with chicken so soft it practically melted on the tongue. The flavours were deep, rich, and comforting, like a dish cooked slowly with love.
Then we tried the Khangee Special Keema — and it left me speechless.
Minced beef cooked with a perfect balance of spices, rich without being heavy, and packed with so much flavour that every forkful felt like discovering something new.
It’s not often you find food that manages to be both bold and delicate at the same time, but Khan Gee nailed it.
Desserts: Sweet Love at First Bite
No feast is complete without something sweet — and Khan Gee’s desserts stole my heart.
We ordered their Alaska Cake, a beautiful, layered delight, but the real star of the show was my first-ever Gulab Jamun served with ice cream.
And let me tell you — it was love at first bite.
Soft, syrupy, slightly chewy balls of sweetness paired with creamy ice cream… it felt like the dessert version of a dream.
I could have eaten a dozen of them and still asked for more. It was comforting, decadent, and magical all at once — the kind of dessert that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.
Drinks: Sparkles and Chai

Throughout the meal, we stayed refreshed with two stunning mocktails — Ginger Love and Princess Blueberry.
Not only were they visually stunning (bright, colourful, Instagram-worthy!), but the flavours were vibrant and refreshing, perfectly complementing the richness of our dishes.
To close the evening, we shared a pot of traditional Chai.
Served in colourful, cheerful cups and a beautiful pot, this Chai was everything you hope for — spiced, milky, warm, and comforting.
It felt like the perfect way to wrap up a meal that had fed not just our stomachs, but our souls too.
