Potato Wedges
I love potatoes! It may be that this love is in my genes as I am Lithuanian. I know a lot of potatoes recipes, but as a side dish, I tell you, oven baked wedges are simply the best! My secret is to shake the closed bowl with potatoes and all the other ingredients so that spices spread evenly.
Today I served these potatoes as a main dish together with garlic sauce. I will share the recipe of it soon.
What is your favorite potato dish?
