Baked Camembert Cheese
A perfect Sunday… Take a solo walk, have a bath, listen to a podcast, go out for coffee, stay in bed and finish your book – do anything where you can just be. And of course, do not forget to have good food.
On Sundays we don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but spoiling yourself with delicious bites is a must. Thus, I suggest trying baked camembert cheese!

INGRIDIENTS
1 Camembert cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of cranberry jam
10 blackberries
1 teaspoon of pine nuts
1/2 teaspoon of fresh thyme
METHOD
1. Boil rice in salted water as instructed on the box. Drain when boiled and put on plate.
2. Cut green asparagus into smaller pieces.
3. Preheat olive or sunflower oil in a pan.
4. Add asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add minced garlic and ginger. Mix thoroughly.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce to the pan. Stir fry green asparagus for 2 more minutes then take them out, put around the rice on a plate.
7. Add egg to the same pan. Cover with the lid and fry for 2 minutes.
8. Gently flip the egg and fry for 30 seconds.
9. Add egg on top of the rice, drizzle ½ teaspoon of soy sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
