Balsamic Caviar
Perfect for turning everyday dishes into something restaurant-worthy. These little pearls burst with tangy sweetness — and the best part? They’re made with just three ingredients!

Ingredients:
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon agar agar
- 1 glass of cold olive oil
Method:
- In a small pot, combine balsamic vinegar and agar agar.
- Bring to a simmer, let it bubble for 60 seconds, then remove from heat.
- Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, then transfer to a dropper bottle.
- Drop tiny beads into the cold olive oil — they’ll set instantly into caviar-like pearls.
- Drain the oil (you can reuse it!) and rinse the balsamic caviar gently.
Serve on salads, bruschetta, cheese boards, or anywhere you want a pop of flavor.
