Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft, naturally sweet, and just a little bit indulgent — these cookies come together with simple ingredients and feel like the perfect in-between of snack and dessert. The kind you make when you want something easy… but still really good.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50 g chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the oats, honey, and coconut oil, and mix until well combined. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
Stir in the chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
Scoop the mixture onto the baking tray and gently shape into small discs.
Bake for 15 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
