Peanut Butter Chicken
Rich, bold, and just the right amount of spicy — crispy chicken coated in a creamy peanut sauce that feels both comforting and a little addictive. The kind of dish that comes together quickly but tastes like so much more.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt
- Dried coriander
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1–2 tsp Buldak sauce (adjust to taste)
Method
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Season with salt and dried coriander, then add flour and baking powder. Toss well to coat.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy on the outside and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger and cook briefly until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, and Buldak sauce. Mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the pan and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Serve warm over rice and finish with your favorite garnish.
