Fig Carpaccio with Blue Cheese & Roasted Pine Nuts
Some things don’t need a recipe… they just need good timing and a little courage. Figs — ripe and soft — waiting to be turned into something you’ll probably want to keep to yourself. You press them down, watch them surrender their color, their sweetness. Then comes the blue cheese — bold, unapologetic — and the pine nuts, roasted just enough to tell their own story. A drizzle of glaze, a breath of olive oil, and suddenly… it’s art you can eat. Simple, delicate, and just the right amount of dramatic.

Ingredients
3 figs
1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon of roasted pine nuts
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic glaze
Micro greens
Salt and pepper

Add figs to a serving plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Smash figs gently with something heavy.
